This privacy policy applies to Vesta WMS Sync (the "application"), a mobile application published by Bileeta (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us"). Vesta WMS Sync is the mobile companion to Entution Vesta and is used by warehouse staff to record the receipt, issue, storage and counting of health commodities.
We respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data processed when you use the application. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with and how it is protected.
Vesta WMS Sync is a work tool for authorized users only. You cannot create an account yourself: your account is set up by your organization's administrator in Entution Vesta.
When your organization sets up your account, or when you use the application, we may collect:
The application does not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, or any patient or personal health information, and it does not contain advertising or advertising tracking.
The application uses your phone's camera only to scan barcodes on commodity packages and storage locations. No photos or videos are taken, stored or sent. Camera access is requested only when you start scanning, and you can turn it off at any time in your phone's settings; you can still enter details by hand.
So that work can continue when the internet connection is poor, the application stores the work you record, and the task lists you need, on your phone until it has been sent to Entution Vesta. Your sign-in session is stored in the phone's secure storage. Recorded work is removed from the phone once it has been sent; all application data is removed when the application is uninstalled.

Data recorded in the application is sent only to your organization's Entution Vesta system, where it is available to authorized users of your organization. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. We may disclose data only where required by law.
Your data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorized staff who need it to carry out their duties. Data is encrypted in transit between the application and the server, and access is logged and reviewed regularly.
Data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, or as required by your organization's record-keeping and audit obligations or by law.

To ask for your Vesta WMS Sync account and personal data to be deleted, email support@bileeta.com with your username and the name of your organization. You do not need the application to do this. Transaction records that your organization must keep for audit or legal reasons may be retained, but they will no longer be linked to an active account.
The application is a work tool intended for adults and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with its effective date shown at the top.
